Refund and Returns Policy

At Tracker Vehicle Security, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality, bespoke vehicle security solutions that include expert installation services. Due to the custom nature of our products and services, our refund and return policy is structured to reflect these specific conditions.
1. Bespoke Products and Installation Services
All products and services provided by Tracker Vehicle Security are considered bespoke and are typically installed directly into customer vehicles. As such, once a product has been installed, it is non-refundable and non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to:

Vehicle tracking devices

Dash camera systems
-
Immobilisers
-
Alarm systems
-
Other custom-fitted vehicle security solutions
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once the installation has been completed, regardless of whether the equipment has been used.
2. Faulty Products and Warranty Support
In the rare event that a product is found to be faulty after installation, we encourage customers to contact us directly at accounts@trackervehiclesecurity.com or via our Contact Us page.
If the issue is covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, we will assist in coordinating with the manufacturer to ensure the issue is addressed. While Tracker Vehicle Security is not the product manufacturer, we are committed to supporting our customers in resolving any valid warranty claims.
3. Installation Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booked installation, the following terms apply:

48 Hours’ Notice (or more): You will receive a full refund of any amount paid in advance.

Less than 48 Hours’ Notice: A cancellation fee of £75 will be charged to cover administrative and scheduling costs.
To cancel an appointment, please email us at accounts@trackervehiclesecurity.com as early as possible.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered if a product is found to be defective or damaged prior to installation. In such cases, we will arrange a like-for-like replacement product or offer a suitable alternative at our discretion. Once a product has been installed, it is not eligible for exchange unless deemed faulty under warranty.
5. Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law. However, please note that bespoke goods and services that are custom-made or installed to customer specifications are exempt from standard “cooling-off” return rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
